Our Story
Young sweethearts, Gregory and Bethany, collaborating wholesomely with a focus on using hardwood timber products. Having timeless designs, handmade production, and responsibly sourced materials. Using quality hardwood timbers, both recycled and purchased from local timber hardware stores.
Gregory, a humble creative and talented perfectionist, with a carpentry background and Bethany a teaching degree, with the love of creating and design, both show deep passion and love for their creative outlet business.
Effortlessly designing and creating products that make a statement piece, as well as functionality in your homes.
Greg and Bethany first started their humble small business when they had their first daughter, Amaiya. They saw how quickly and magically she was growing and knew these special moments in time had to be recorded and kept sacred for years to come. The first Hardie Timbers ruler was designed and created using recycled timber from an old cottage home Greg had been renovating at the time. A spectacular piece of Tasmanian oak, that would later be detailed with love and care to have a timeless family keepsake height ruler on display for all to admire.
Later Greg was to make the first Hardie Timbers barn door, using old, recycled floorboards from Bethany’s parents renovated home. This was a statement piece indeed. Providing warmth, comfort and a sense of that homely feeling in their family home.
Each barn door designed there on, is carefully handmade purely from Gregs craftsman ship.
